In 2003 Mr. Khaloian and his two friends (The Garunavan villa housing and residential building project co-owner) and The founder of Informatics Solution Co. (the provider of technologically solutions) set up “Advanced Development” company with the aim of combining Architectural and IT science with Interior designe and the result of this collaboration was the Smart Office Building project with a total area of 3000m2 that is the first smart automated building of its kind in Armenia. Armenia has been growing at a fast pace in recent years, on the foreign policy front, Armenia has strengthened its ties with the European Union while maintaining a strong partnership with the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. Among the sectors, services drove growth following an acceleration in tourism output and continued dynamism in trade. Industry also expanded strongly. With considering these points, Khaloians are going to make investments in Armenian interior design market, we are planning to represent well known European furniture and interiors brands in our own made building “Smart Building” with showroom, a 540 m2 commercial area in the heart of Yerevan (Hanrapetutyan 22) Moreover, in “HOME” concept to make it popular for people and in next steps with relying on Khaloian’s experience, it has potentials to be branch out beyond Armenia borders.
